Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, weight, and size of the items.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase.

New Zealand and Australia

Items are delivered via NZ Post with tracking service.

It will take at 1 to 3 working days, may up to 4 to 6 working days for rural addresses.

Free shipping on orders over 200 nzd.

Republic of Korea

All orders are collected and shipped every Tuesday.

It will take at 5 to 7 working days from the day of pick up.

Free shipping on orders over 300 nzd.

The Rest of World

Items are delivered via NZ Post with tracking service.

It will take at 7 to 10 working days the day of pick up.

Free shipping on orders over 500 nzd.

Returns

At CORRESPONDENCE, each of our items is meticulously crafted, often unique and one-of-a-kind. It's important to note that we do not offer refunds for purchases.

However, we are delighted to facilitate exchanges in the form of store credit.


To initiate a return for exchange, please reach out to us at shop.corresp@gmail.com.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering any additional shipping costs related to the return and exchange of products, as well as any damages that may occur during the return shipping process.

For a successful exchange, please ensure that your return items are in their original, unused condition. Items must be dispatched to us using a tracked, signature-required courier within 48 hours of receiving confirmation for the return.

Damaged or Missing

Please send an email to shop.corresp@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to report any damages.

We are committed to providing you with a full replacement, exchange, or refund for damaged items.

Please note that we may decline to replace, exchange, or refund damaged or missing items if you do not inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
