We take great care in packaging all orders using our original packaging.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, weight, and size of the items.

All items are shipped via NZ Post with tracking.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase.
Please note that during peak periods, slight delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience.


Delivery Times & Free Shipping Thresholds

New Zealand  

1–3 working days (up to 4–6 days for rural addresses). Free shipping on orders over 200 NZD.

Australia  

5–7 working days (up to 10 days for rural addresses). Free shipping on orders over 300 AUD.

South Korea & Japan

5–10 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders over 300 USD.

Rest of the World

7–10 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders over 500 USD.

Aftercare

We’re kindly here to support you with aftercare for your purchase.


If the size is incorrect for wearable articles, please feel free to contact us to arrange an exchange.

Please note that exchanges are limited to one time per order. If the second item is still unsuitable, we can provide store credit for a further exchange.

Also, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to providing a replacement.

For jewellery, we’re happy to assist with repairs within one year of purchase.
While we can help with most minor fixes, some types of damage may not be repairable and will require evaluation.

If materials need to be replaced, a small fee will apply, along with return postage costs.



At CORRESPONDENCE, most pieces are individually hand-crafted in small batches.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To initiate an exchange and ensure a smooth process, please :

- Email us at shop.corresp@gmail.com as soon as you receive your items.

- Return items in their original, unused condition.

- Use a tracked courier service with signature required.

- Dispatch your return within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from us.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returning or exchanging items, as well as any damage that may occur during return transit.
