Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, weight, and size of the items.
All items are shipped via NZ Post with tracking.
Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase.

Australia ย
5โ7 working days (up to 10 days for rural addresses). Free shipping on orders overย 300 AUD.
South Korea & Japan
5โ10 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders overย 300 USD.
Rest of the World
7โ10 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders overย 500 USD.

Aftercare

If the size is incorrect for wearable articles, please feel free to contact us to arrange an exchange.
Please note that exchanges are limited to one time per order. If the second item is still unsuitable, we can provide store credit for a further exchange.
Also, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to providing a replacement.
For jewellery, weโre happy to assist with repairs within one year of purchase.
While we can help with most minor fixes, some types of damage may not be repairable and will require evaluation.
If materials need to be replaced, a small fee will apply, along with return postage costs.
At CORRESPONDENCE, most pieces are individually hand-crafted in small batches.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
