Blend of beeswax and essential oil contained in hand built agateware.
This scented candle sits upon the kitchen countertop, whisking away unwelcome odours and insects whilst filling the space with a warm atmosphere.
The subtle emanation of beeswax and cedar wooden wick intertwines with the simple recipe of essential oil blend diffuses a pure aroma .
Thus, when meal preparations draw to a close,
it is perfectly acceptable to move it to the dining table.
The vessel that holds the fragrance is lovingly handcrafted by Lucy McMillan. Even after the candle has burned out, this tumbler will long to linger in the kitchen.
Any leftover wax can be easily removed with hot water and kitchen detergent.
Use of certified organic essential oils (Kereru natural products) and wax(Gold Fern Honey beekeepers) of local origin in the crafts.
** Surface cracks occur as wax solidifies. Beeswax, being a hard type of wax, undergoes stronger contraction compared to paraffin. However, this is a natural property of its composition and does not affect its use.
As the surface is thinly coated with pure wax, devoid of essential oils, it is advisable to allow it to entirely melt during the initial use to fully enjoy the fragrances.
*** The handcrafted pottery vessels are selected in a lucky dip manner, and each piece exudes its own distinctive beauty, guaranteeing delight regardless of the chosen item. If you have any specific preferences, kindly leave a message, and we will take them into account.
